In addition, Version 8 include support for the newest Windows operating systems like Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.

To improve performance, AccuGuard Server for RDX works with multiple processor cores, while enhanced recovery options provide easy handling, including backup and recovery of Exchange and SQL data bases.

“Data retrieval is now simple and painless with AccuGuard’s flexible file searching, drag-and-drop restore and point-in-time disaster recovery,” said Hugo Bergmann, RDX Product Manager for Tandberg Data. “Also, the integrated bare metal recovery feature now provides our RDX customers with an end-to-end data protection and disaster recovery solution.”
