NSFocus was contracted to provide the cybersecurity infrastructure for key components of the Hangzhou G20 summit that took place in September, 2016. NSFOCUS was charged with protecting 13,000 web applications relating to this event, distributed throughout China. This task included all of the key pages of the official G20 website, a very important task.
Complicating the task was the wide variety of stakeholders whose security efforts all needed to be coordinated, including the national government, provincial governments, financial institutions, infrastructure owners, communications companies and members of the global media.
